This impressive afghan is a traditional old time favorite.  This afghan is perfect for the beginner, because of row to row written directions as well as a diagram and rules for Swedish weaving on Monk's Cloth.

This alternating pattern of trees and bushes is created using a variegated yarn along with two solid yarn colors.  A Fourth Prize Blue Ribbon at the Los Angeles County Fair 1999.     Happy weaving!
