Correct Swedish Weaving Technique
Swedish weaving is fun, relaxing, and affords the opportunity to create beautiful, impressive pieces.

However, as with many things in life, having the correct technique has everything to do with the beauty and professionalism of the finished product -- as well as the ease with which you achieve it.

For instance, the afghan to the right would not be nearly as beautiful with uneven edges or if the pattern were not executed uniformly.

Tips for correct Swedish weaving technique and detailed instructions are included with each of my patterns. The patterns are designed for beginners as well as experienced weavers. In fact, many of my students and customers say that my Swedish weave patterns are very easy to follow and understand. Ladies new to Swedish weaving have been able to create beautiful afghans without any help other than the patterns.
